Former President Bill Clinton created quite a stir Friday when he arrived in Rhinebeck, NY -- the picturesque town in which his daughter Chelsea is getting married.
The Clintons know they're creating a few headaches for the locals, but they've reached out by giving the neighbors a bottle of wine with a sorry-for-all-the-traffic letter attached, NY Post.com reports.

The letter reads: "Dear neighbor, this Saturday Astor Court will be the site of a very special event. There may be periodic road closures on River Road on Saturday evening." The apology came with a bottle of Sauvingon Blanc from Clinton Vinyards, in Clinton Corner. The name is just a coincidence.
